Great experiences when I’ve called and when tech has come out. I worked with Billy. He is professional, kind, and courteous. Took the time to explain everything he did and answered all my questions. He came to set up my AC and had to adjust some things so my system didn’t vibrate. He took his time and resolved the issue.

I was having a problem (error code) with my mini split system. I called Fox air and spoke with Alex who quickly and efficiently scheduled me with a timely appointment. I received several reminders prior to my appointment. On the day of my appointment, about 10 minutes prior to my scheduled time, I received a phone call from my service technician to let me know he was on his way. My service tech, Dan Barkley, could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful during the diagnostics of my HVAC system. Extremely clean, organized, and efficient.
