From the initial phone call to Tina explaining my situation, I was so happy! Tina was able to get a technician to my house that day! From that first phone call, I knew that this was a first class company. They really care about the customer. Rich came that afternoon and he is the best ! He explained the workings of the furnace (which I didnt have a clue) and told me what parts needed replacing. His experience in the field is outstanding and his customer service is like nothing I have encountered before.

Having been unhappy with the service received from other HVAC companies, I called FoxAir, based entirely on their ad. I was pleasantly surprised. I have found that when searching the yellow pages, it's like looking through a box of chocolates, You NEVER know what you're going to get. Since I have gotten screwed by various contractors, I now rely on LOWES to refer their preferred businesses. I was totally satisfied with the Boiler system, the quality and professionalism of the installation as well as the level of customer service provided by FOX AIR. For this reason I will be using their services to maintain heating & plumbing at other properties I own. I highly recommend them.

Had ductless mini-split system installed...Haven't used it much yet as it has heat capability, but I bought it primarily for A/C.. Purchasing and installation process was painless...Allen Schoonmaker (our Fox Air contact) was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful !

Just want to thank you for the great service Mike provided. Fortunately, it turned out to be a simple fix for him, for me it was a lifesaver! Abel is away and I must have misunderstood where to turn the boiler off to do a restart.

Fox Air has been servicing my HVAC system for several years now and they are always very professional and do a great job. I find their charges to be very reasonable as they always try to keep costs down. There is never any pressure or up selling. They provide details about the status and condition of the units and discuss different options to agree on a reasonable course of action. Most recently, Jason came over for an annual inspection, he was on time and efficiently serviced the units. He found only a minor cap that could use replacement and that was it! See you next year!
