I woke up with no heat and called my furnace provider only to find out that they are no longer doing service on propane furnaces. I was livid. They gave me the number for Fox Air. From the initial phone call to Tina explaining my situation, I was so happy! Tina was able to get a technician to my house that day! From that first phone call, I knew that this was a first class company. They really care about the customer. Rich came that afternoon and he is the best ! He explained the workings of the furnace (which I didnt have a clue) and told me what parts needed replacing. His experience in the field is outstanding and his customer service is like nothing I have encountered before.

Fox Air has been servicing my HVAC system for several years now and they are always very professional and do a great job. I find their charges to be very reasonable as they always try to keep costs down. There is never any pressure or up selling. They provide details about the status and condition of the units and discuss different options to agree on a reasonable course of action. Most recently, Jason came over for an annual inspection, he was on time and efficiently serviced the units. He found only a minor cap that could use replacement and that was it! See you next year!

We called and got put in touch with Sean who handled everything for us from that point. Sean was terrific. He accommodated exactly what we were looking for. I was having a problem (error code) with my mini split system. I called Fox air and spoke with Alex who quickly and efficiently scheduled me with a timely appointment. I received several reminders prior to my appointment. On the day of my appointment, about 10 minutes prior to my scheduled time, I received a phone call from my service technician to let me know he was on his way. My service tech, Dan Barkley, could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful during the diagnostics of my HVAC system. Extremely clean, organized, and efficient. Great experience with our first annual furnace maintenance and this follows a great experience with having our AC replaced. Top to bottom: well worth it!

Maybe a tad on the pricey side but then I’m ok paying a little more to have the job done well, efficiently and neatly. Peace of mind.

PS… Just had the AC serviced and it was done with care! Eric is a pro! Good job!

PPS…Just had a major repair on the furnace and Carmine was terrific. Also kudos to Pat T in the office handling the business of ensuring the matter was covered under warranty/

Have been using Fox for years and had them install a new furnace. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and how Fox has maintained our hvac. They will be installing a new a/c condenser. Work is always high quality and guaranteed.

Had Fox install a heat pump system and correct airflow. Couldn't be happier with the work. We no longer ask for competitive bids. Fox has demonstrated that it's price is competitive but, more importantly, that its work is superior.

Needed emergency service on a Saturday. Called at 7 am and problem was fixed by 8:30 AM. Great service and people.
